Manually Sliding Upper Heat Plate
YA-6040C Automatic Heat Press Machine upper heating plate is designed to slide left and right manually. The operator can easily adjust its position according to their working rhythm and the placement of the garment. When the plate is slid to its leftmost or rightmost position, it can automatically sense this and descend. It can also be lowered manually via a push button.

YA-6040C Automatic Heat Press Machine industrial-grade thickened heating plate measuring 3 cm in depth. Inside, 12 sets of high-performance heating tubes are integrally cast as one unit. This structure offers high thermal conductivity and extremely even heat distribution, with minimal temperature variation across the plate surface. It guarantees consistent heat application across the entire transfer area, while also being safe, durable, and energy-efficient.

YA-6040C Automatic Heat Press Machine double-side, dual-cross infrared system projects a rectangular positioning frame defined by four reference points. This allows for more precise demarcation of the transfer area and placement, especially suitable for graphics requiring exact borders or transfers onto specific garment sections.
